I ordered two sex dolls for about $150 and they literally send me a ring. They emailed me back saying they were sorry and that I could keep the ring, and the reimbursement process was gonna take 3 - 5 days. It’s been over a month and the number they provide is useless, there’s no physical address of the business on google maps and their email for customer service is automated.

My experience unfortunately sounds exactly like most others that have dealt with these straight up criminals they need to be traced tracked found and handled appropriately. Anyone that's filled a complaint with the BBB 318 against them so far they got me for $108.00 there are ways to find them. Not sure if the legal system will help us out they would've [censored] then down by now so no more people could be affected.

The website looks legitimate. They claim to offer expensive goods at low prices and they even have promo codes for you to save even more money. They ask you for all of your information (address, phone number, email address, all credit card information.) Once you submit your information the money comes out of your account immediately. That part I did find suspicious. A tracking number is created and they keep you up to date on your packages journey. I received an email saying my package was left in my mailbox which was impossible because my package was supposed to weigh 63lbs. When I opened my mailbox all I found was a tiny package containing a poorly made bullet vibrator. I immediately contacted their customer support and was sent an email saying that 'Sarah' was assigned to me and she would get back to me within two business days. I waited and didn't get a response. I sent an email to 'Sarah' and didn't get a response. I sent another email to customer service and demanded they respond. I received an email saying that due to COVID-19 they were taking longer than usual to respond to emails. I called at 3 pm and it went to an answering machine that said they were closed and to leave a message. I lost $80 to these horrible monsters that I won't be getting back. They need to be shut down!

Prideful colors is a scam. They ship you a little useless toy so they have a tracking number. All you have to do is go to google maps a look at their address. There is no such address! This is a scam. They got me for $125. Everything the other reviews say is exactly what happened to me. YOU WILL NEVER GET A DOLL FROM THIS COMPANY. Call their customer service and you will get recordings. Run don't walk. I should have read the reviews before I ordered

I tried to buy the ‘Spread it wide’ adult product and was given no response. I contacted the email of the business but with no response, just a confirmation order. The product showed up today (sept 24) and the product is not at all what I paid 38 dollars for. It is a small penis shaped ring. Not the thing that was advertised to me. I want a full refund or the actual product.

I placed three orders, two of which contained sex dolls and toys and another with just toys.

I tried calling them and left messeges after waiting for over a month to recieve my orders. They never responded. I then sent a few emails and got an auto response each time. I then threatened to contact my bank and have the charges reversed and turn them in to the Better Business Bureau and I recieved an immediate reply from an individual email account not associated with pridefulcolors. She said she was sorry for the inconvenience and that she would be refunding the money for all three orders. I responded to her and said that I did not want my money back I simply wanted the merchandise I paid for. She immediately responded again from the same email, again saying she was sorry and that she would refund my money. I responded once more and I told her that their customer service sucked and I was going to contact my bank immediately and reverse all charges. I did exactly what I said I would do. I contacted my bank and I reversed all three charges.

This company needs to be shut down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I purchased 2 items (1 sex torso doll and 1 sex rider doll) from prideful colors as it was on a good deal and than on top of the deal had a 60% off code we could use. I ended up only needing to pay $28.98. I got a tracking number, email updates and than a notification saying it was delivered 7/25/2020 but nothing was there from this "business". So i contacted them in email about the problem and every time it was an automated reply with in less than 45 seconds every time. Kept getting blown off (6 times) i tried to salve the problem, so i looked it up and the address is a fake. It's a old beaten up 3 car garage type building. The sign for the building says "Lucky Trader, inc. We pay cash for your car". I told them i knew i was scammed and wanted my money back or i would take legal action and they sent an email right away saying i would have it 2-3 days later but it's been over a week and still nothing has gone into our account from them. I saw that they told someone they are trying to fix everything but with covid-19 they are struggling too. So now they are using the virus as a way to get out of paying people back or making things right. I saw so many things online about the website being a scam and i only wish i would have checked first before thinking it was such a good deal. With so many complaints and bad reviews and websites saying this is a scam that they would have been caught by now. I want my money back or the exact items i purchased.
