This company offers deep discounted products on its website, sells them to you, then ships the wrong products of MUCH lesser value. They respond with "sorry our systems are not functioning properly, keep the products we did ship, and we will refund you in 3-7 business days". It's been well over the 7 days and no refund and no one returns my emails, except the auto-reply. This is a scam and i advice no one to purchase anything from this fake company.

My girlfriend and I ordered gifts for each other for Christmas. She ordered from her home and I ordered from my home. Both gifts price was more that $40 each. what we ordered was not what we received in the mail. I have called numerous time and sent email. Still no response.

I have made several attempts by phone calls by emails and I have only received email replies stating that they're working on the issue due to COVID19 it is taking longer than normal. I also received an email saying that they will refund my account. 2 weeks later still no refund

Ordered a $120 item weighting approximately 75 pound and was charged for shipping making the total $148.00. I was sent a different incorrect item that cost maybe $10 and weighing far less than a half pound. Reviewed the reviews from this company and seem as if this is normal for this company. Contacted the company and received a copy and paste email that everyone greets who filed a complaint. I want my money back and this company closed permanently.

I came across their website and saw some great looking deals, so I ordered a few items, should have been about a 60 lb. package, but I received a 4oz. package with and item not even listed on their site, maybe worth a dollar at max. I spent just over $50 and in attempt to figure out what was going on with my order, I've come to the conclusion that this is a scam site. No response via email or text or from their support on the site, the phone number provided just goes to an answering machine. I have not received any kind of response from them and I've been waiting for over a week now.

I ordered an adult toy for around $90 plus $18.99 for shipping and i have usps telling me its a first class package. For those that dont know first class packages maximize weight only go up to 15 oz and can only be 22" long and 18" wide. This item is a 80 plus pounds 5 foot 3 inch item out of its packaging, after learning that usps is saying this on their website i had to find out if this website (pridefulcolors)is a scam and i found alot of people on bbb that have received nothing but tiny vibrator rings. Now i know the same will has happened to me. This website needs to be taken down and people need their money back, thank you to anyone taking the time to read this.
