When I uploaded my information, the site asked for ID card, which I uploaded. That's not unusual since other investing platforms ask for the same information. What I found is that you have transfer crypto into from another account in order to use it on their platform. I didn't like that, and when I went to cancel the "membership", the support would not allow me to. The were asking for my passport or ID and my SNS to cancel the account. I stopped there and did not go any further. There was no phone number in which to call, so that is when I found that some maybe wrong.
