My experience with Prima Belle is similar to many others. I ordered thier product after thoroughly reading the ad ( Apparently not as thorough as I thought!)
This was in 2021. In 2022 almost a year to the date of my purchase I recieved a call from them. The person calling me was very pushy and insisted I provide them with a new credit card number. (I had cancelled the original) This lady was ready to argue!
When I told her I wasn't going to give her a new credit card number, she became belligerant and threatning.
In 2023, almost to the date of the call of the 2022 call, I received a call from them again! Same threats and belligerance as before ! Now in Jan of 2024, I am getting more phone calls again. This is a terrible way to do business! Hope with enough complaints, people will think twice before buying anything from them! By the way the products didn't work that well

My experience was similar to the complaint from 4/18/22. I thought I purchased a serum for less than $10. When I received a second product about 3 weeks later, I called and asked about it. Apparently in the fine print of lengthy Terms and Conditions, there is a stipulation that if you don't call within 14 days of ordering the low cost product, and saying you don't like it, you are charged for the full price of the multiple products sent, though you thought you only ordered one product for $6.49. I had heard you have to be careful about the terms and conditions reflecting an automatic autoship, so I canceled everything at that time. Then, a few days later I see my credit card statement with 5 charges on it from 2 different vendors that I don't recognize. Two were over $130, as mentioned by the other complaint. That's when I find out that you have to call within 14 days of the first order to say you don't like it, or they charge you the full $130+ charge. So there is no single $6.49 charge, unless you call and complain and ask to cancel ALL autoship orders. They decided to give me a refund of the two $130+ charges after I raised such a fuss and told them it was such a scam. But, they couldn't credit my account and had to send a check. We'll see if I ever receive that check and if it clears the bank! They are legally protected because of their lengthy Terms and Conditions, but it's really a scam because no one understands the true implications of their $6.49 trial order. It would be a mistake to order their products!!
