Multiple faxes - sometimes DAILY - claiming one of our elderly patients have ordered DM2 testing supplies from them. We, of course, contacted the patient, and they did NOT order ANYTHING from this company. This is fraud - medical fraud, prescription fraud, and possibly insurance fraud (depending on what they are doing if physicians sign their fraudulent request). We have contacted Primary Care Pharmacy MANY times by fax and phone to tell them we will not be signing any prescription request related to this patient, and to stop sending ANY faxes to our office. However, we continue to get the very same faxes from this company. We have given them ample time and opportunity to cease, and we ask that the ScamPulse.com take action against this "company" to safeguard consumers against even further rising insurance costs - some costs due to this very type of fraud.

I am a physician and received 11 separate requests from this pharmacy for glucose test strips on my non-diabetic patient. I also received 3 requests for 4 different topical prescription medications. None of these were ever requested by myself or my patient. This patient denied ever hearing of these topical medications or of this pharmacy. Finally I called the pharmacy myself and they agreed they had in the record of this patient that they were not diabetic but were sending requests for test strips anyway. I asked them about the topical medications and they admitted that what they do is surveys on people about skin complaints, then they send requests for prescription medications directly to the person' s provider themselves. To me this sounds a lot like insurance fraud and I would avoid using this pharmacy.
