This company sent me a survey stating it was from Sam's Club.. Inclicked the survey because I had just renewed my card and I had a free gift but I had to pay for shipping... I was charged for two fit watches and a warranty and earbuds... 68.00 for one charge and another 69.87 for another charged, which I was supposed to be charged 4.97.
