Ordered the free sample of the serum agreeing to pay for the shipping cost. It was supposed to be $5 but was charged $5.95. I placed this order way back in August and to date, I still haven’t received the item. Tried contacting them but all info they do not exist. How are these scammers able to continue ripping people off even if there are legit complaints already? Please put a stop to this kind of illegal practices.

I received an email from ******** or ******* offering a free sample of a facial product. I was required to pay the shipping which I agreed to do on August 4th. The order never came and the shipping in US dollars was charged to my credit account on August 4th. After returning from holiday around Oct 10, tried to contact them both by email and by phone to say no sample had come. No answer to either was received. Checking my visa I just found a charge for $114.05 from the same people. Totally not authorized. Happily my bank has agreed to reverse it and unfortunately if I find another charge, I will have to cancel my visa and replace my card. A total scam and more curious I am unable to find the original email that I received. It isn't in spam, deleted or read. Someone else lodging a complaint said the same thing. I'm sure the scam doesn't originate with the ******* card or ******** but I think they used that to send the ad. I cannot locate the original email.
