Just received today 5/19/2025 through the mail a final notice. It stated that I have a unclaimed reward up to $100.00 in savings.I needed to call 1-888-365-6619 to claim this reward or it will automatic forfeiture. I did call the phone number and no one answered. Looked up the phone on Google and it says that this is a scam. I just wanted to report this matter.

I googled the main words on the post card to see if it was a scam. So I didn't call the no. Unclaimed Reward worth up to $100.00 is being held for you at our main Distribution Center. To receive this REWARD,please call us now. 1-888-365-6619.Failure to call will result in an AUTOMATIC FORFEITURE of this REWARD.

The card was sent in mail. Husband called the number and they asked his name, then asked for his bank account numbers. Husband gave them all information.

Received final notice in the mail of an unclaimed reward up to $100 in savings being held by the main distribution center and to call them toll-free to redeem it. Call the number and was informed that I would receive a $100 reward card in the mail in 5-7 business days and that I would need to only pay $3.29 in shipping to receive the reward. They then asked for my bank information

It resembles a post card. With your name and address. It states that you have an unclaimed reward worth up to $100.00. It is being held for you at their main Distribution Center. Call tool free at 1-888-339-6711. It also gives you a claim number. Warning: Failure not to call will result in an Automatic Forfeiture

it was a final notice in the mail saying i had an unclaimed reward worth up to $100.00 being held at their main distribution center that is able to be used at walmart or target and more, and to call the number provided toll free to receive this reward and failure to call will result in automatic forfeiture of this reward and has a supposed claim number at the bottom to make it look legit. calling hours are mon-sat; 10a.m.-10p.m. EST or to visit their website for details www.prime-perks.com i havent called or visited the website but feel like this isnt real at all.have also gotten these on my phone as well.
