I was looking for 2 puppies to help me cope emotionally and I saw their website on Google. I decided that I was interested in buying from them because they said that I would only pay 782 for 2 puppies if I buy on their 5th anniversary promo. I thought it was a really good deal so I emailed them and they told me to send them money but the email they sent me was from a personal email and the person had a limit of 500 on his account. So since I was supposed to pay about 7982 in total I decided to split the money and pay him 500 dollars first. Then they sent me another email saying that they did not get the money because the cashier was "closed" and they told me to send the money through Zelle and gave me a different email from the one I paid first. Then they sent me another email saying the puppies were put on hold in Houston, Texas because they needed a crate. They linked me to the scam website American Logistics Freight saying it was an official pet delivery website. American Logistics Freight asked me for 1000 saying that they need it for the crate and that I will get a refund once the puppies are shipped to San Francisco, CA.

I have been looking to buy/adopt a puppy and landed at this website. They had a 5th year anniversary special and puppy prices were really low, hence I provide my information to be contacted on the steps to purchase a puppy. An email came back from the following email address : Puppies Shop ([email protected]) where they advised only on how to proceed with payment and asked for $499 to be sent via Zelle or to purchase gift card in order to send them the money. Never mentioned options to see the dog via video chat so at this point I'm convinced this is a scam.

I'm attaching a copy of the scam email received.
