I made a purchase on amazon.com and somehow ended up with an Amazon prime membership, & they debited my account. I googled "get rid of Amazon Prime" & a website pulled up; Prime Smart Service. I called the phone # & the man I talked to tried to get into my computer. I asked him why he needed in my computer. I looked this up online while talking to the man & it said it's a scam. When I told the guy I thought this was a scam, he cussed me out & hung up.
