Garden Bench

I ordered a garden bench for $29.95. I received a small bag that would attach to the bench and nothing else. I communicated with customer support and was told they were looking into it and would let me know. The last communication was 5 weeks ago. When I attempted to email today I learned that the email address is no longer available. And then I went back to PrimeGlitter and saw all these sites regarding scam. Please help if you can. Ordered a Garden Helper Pro on 5/23/2022. It's now been 43 days and am still waiting for the product. Their facebook page is full of similar comments- not received the product; no refunds; constant phone # changes.

If you read the customer reviews, you will see that this is a bait-and-switch operation. Many others have been scammed as I was. I ordered a gardener's helper, basically a plastic armature with a knee protector. This unit becomes a chair when turned over. We were scammed; we received a tool pouch that is worthless.
