Two weeks later I received an email thanking me for purchasing another product that "I had purchased at checkout" (which I never had) and that they were about to send it. They were using my credit card and shopping for products from their own company for me.
Here is the email thread:
Dear XXXX
You purchased Skincell from our site on December 10, 2020. And at the time time of checkout you also added Skincell to the order. (NO, I DID NOT- HAVEN'T EVER HEARD OF THIS PRODUCT)
That order of Skincell Pro Intensive Healing Cream is currently processing and will be shipping soon. We will send you a separate email with a shipping Tracking Number in approximately 48 hours.
