The first order never arrived, but as I work away from home, I did not realise this until a couple of months later than the order.
When I was in touch with "Jenny", it took several emails to her to convince her that my original order had never arrived. (It is apparently still "in transit") she did appear to re-send the order giving me a discount by way of compensation. She also gave me access the the shop tracking app so I could monitor progress.
3 weeks later, the second order has still not arrived, and is not to be found at all on the tracking app.
I very much doubt that this was ever a bona-fide shop, or that I will received a refund from Primes for non-delivery of goods. There are a lot of Chinese scam companies marketing wares on Instagram, Facebook and other social media sites at the moment, so from now on, I will never buy from a company that I cannot verify online first . What a waste of money and what a scam!
Primes, if you are a reputable company, get your house in order!
You are right to report to the Better Business Bureau and notify to the FBI. We need to talk also with a lawyer.

That’s 7 days ago and it’s still in CA waiting for USPS???!!??
I have multiple times (in the mornings, afternoons, early evenings) tried to call you and I get an automated response that:, “I’m sorry. There is no one to take your call. Please try again later.” And then it hangs up.
I want a refund of $19.99 NOW which I paid earlier this week!!!
If I do get the socks, I'm going to mark it ”return to sender!!!
I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and notify the FBI on the scam you’re doing!!!
