A 12 week (which was extended to 16 weeks) fitness transformation challenge was offered where there would be 3 winners based off before and after photos (3rd place would be rewarded $2500, 2nd place would be rewarded $5000, and 1st place would be rewarded $10,000). A $100 entry fee was required to be considered a part of this challenge. The challenge ended July 2020 and the contest was narrowed down to the top 10 to which I was included. After a few months of no more announcements whatsoever, they updated their website to include 10th-4th place leaving only the top 3 remaining to which I was also included. It was stated that the top 3 would be announced within one week. A few weeks later, 3rd place was announced. 3 months went by of no announcements before I sent an email asking about my placing to which they responded “they believed I won 2nd place” which would mean $5000. This was 4 months ago. I have emailed repeatedly with no response and have yet to be refunded my $100 for entering the contest or the $5000 for winning 2nd place.
