Online ad for heavily discounted items on facebook with a link to the site. I purchased merchandise; the company sent a link to track, primarily in Chinese. tracking indicates delivered, but no items have been delivered yet; my credit card has been charged.

I ordered 2 pair of boots and then the confirmation sent me to a website blocked by nortan 360. I then was researching the company and found out that its a "very low trust" company. I then canceled my order within a hour of the purchase. Spent 3 days sending emails back and forth to the support team where after 3 days they said the product was shipped. I told them i canceled it 3 days prior and all they have done since September 16th 2023 is beat around the bush. Gave me a fake tracking number and proceeded to tell me the package was delivered. Was never delivered, not ecen to my neighbors, i contacted USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL and none of them could find that tracking number. I am not getting anywhere with this "company". Ive also been trying to file a dispute with "CashApp" and they keep denying the dispute and i dont know why. And like i originally stated; i canceled my order within a hour of purchase and 3 days prior to "shippment"
