I went into contract with this organization to remodel my home. They are complete crooks and had no intention of completing my home remodel project and have run away with my money. I being a trustworthy and faithful person believed the BS and pre-paid my contract and have been left with major property damages due to my house being left exposed w/o a roof and many other items simply done with unlicensed and untrained workers left w/o supervision.
Stay away from Felix Hurtado, Chris Lim, Keith Blackwell, Primo Construction, Modern Redevelopment LLC, Neighborhood Consulting Inc, Tricor Construction or whatever other business names they go by.
