Wayne Prince owner of Prince Pools was hired to remove and install new pool liner in December 2022. He was paid 2800.00 deposit via Cash App at his request. Mr. Prince delayed with numerous excuses over 8 months to why he could not do the install. From wrong liner sent from manufacturer, to weather, to was arrested, just excuse after excuse. He was asked 4x from May to June for a refund of the deposit, he never said it was non-refundable. July 21, 2023 our pool liner still not installed, we terminated him and hired another pool company. We asked for refund, he refused saying he was gonna bring us a liner and we could do what we wanted with it. He was informed not to show up at our home and drop off any liner, he do so anyway. The liner is in his name, it doesnt even appear by the description to be the liner we had asked for and it was ordered 7-17-2023, when he told us he had the liner and was waiting on a day he could install it...lies, lies, lies. We filed a police report in our county on the issues with him. I found out he has done this pool liner scam on other people in our surrounding area, one filed small claims and won, and has lien on his property. His Facebook Prince Pools page he took down because customers posted their experiences with him scamming money by giving quotes/estimates and then never completing the job when he paid deposits. I have proof of his lies through texts and photos of the pool through the whole ordeal. He is not an LLC that we have found. We called the county license office he lives in (Columbia County) and he has no business license. So he fraudulently claims to be an LLC to a business that is not licensed that we know of in GA. He needs to be investigated. His Yelp reviews, posts Prince Pools of Harlem on Facebook also has complaints. This guy is stealing ppls money. It doesnt take 8 months for a pool liner install.

His name is Wayne Anthony Prince Sr of Harlem, GA. Prince Pools is the supposed business.
