Terrible customer service. I order my blanket on November 26th and have since sent 3 emails in regards to questions I had and still no reply from anyone! I have yet to receive my order so I can not comment on the quality of this product, but the lack of customer service response is enough to make me not want to buy from them again!!!!

You should never order from a company that refuses to list a phone number and/or fails to respond to its paying customers

Just went to a review page for this company and it's full of angry people stating the same thing. They have not received the product and this company does not respond and if they do they are rude...

Some have filed complaints with the BBB. I will do the same and calling my bank! Ridiculous!!!

Based on a Facebook and Instagram ad, I purchased a custom pair of socks online paying $44.90 on 12/5/17 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. After 6 weeks, I reached out via email requested a specific ship date and tracking number or a refund. A generic response was received. I then was more specific, stating I would lodge complaints with the BBB, social media sites as I suspected fraud. I then received an email on 1/11/18 stating my refund had been issued. However, it is 5 days later and no credit has been processed. I believe this is a fraudulent company. It appears that their website is set up to shield who they are, where they are and deceive consumers as the “we are experiencing a delay” message has been posted for at least a year. Based on the other 35 complaints here, I believe this shows a pattern of deceit and fraud that should be prosecuted in Arizona.
