I recently found an ad listed by a Matt Parkins on offer up selling restoration hardware furniture at super low prices. When I went to meet the seller Matt to buy dining chairs, a dining table and sideboard, I was shown a house full of rh furniture. Matt told me he was a big time multi-millionaire real estate investor. He also said he owned a staging company where he stages multi million dollar homes for himself and his friends. After I purchased the furniture, I was notified by detectives that the furniture I purchased from Matt Parkins were all stolen furniture. I had purchased stolen goods. They also showed me a line up of photos for me to point out who I met up with. It turns out that Matt Parkins is not Matt Parkins. His name is Baily Armagost. I started doing more research on Baily Armagost and found out that he is not some multi millionaire as he conned me into believing. He is some guy that worked at the peppermill casino in reno doing hotel security. He quit his job to work for a real furniture stager in Las Vegas and ended up scamming her out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in furniture. He created a fake profile on Offerup using the name Matt Parkins to conceal his real identity and to conceal that he was selling stolen furniture. He never told me he was involved in some legal matters. I was suspicious when I had seen some high end rh furnture being sold for really cheap. I just believed him when he said he had too many and wanted to get rid of everything. It turns out he is selling it such low prices to get rid of all the evidence and to avoid being arrested for posession of stolen property. This guy Baily Armagost apparently has scammed a lot of people out of money and time by lying about his entire identity and life. It was important for me to research him . I found other sites and reports about his scam and wanted to share my experience. I had to return the furniture to the rightful owner. Now I am out several thousands of dollars because I was scammed into buying stolen furniture from this scammer Baily who lied to me saying he was a multimillionaire name Matt. Someone posted this picture of him and I wanted to share it for everyone to see

I met this scammer Baily Brandon Armagost who told me he was a millionaire that owns a print shop here in Reno NV called You Pay We Print, LLC. He was claiming to have this print shop and a variety of other business.

He and his friend were canvassing local businesses and represented themselves as members of the business community. Baily claimed he was just entering the region with a local print shop location and that he had been in business in other cities for many years. He gave me a printed estimated for my window decals at my salon. The total was $500 for all my windows and the pylon sign facing the street. When i gave Baily my business debit card information, he copied everything down and told me he would process my card info when he gets to his office. I saw a transaction in the amount of $5000 withdrawn from my account. I contacted Baily Brandon Armagost, the owner of You Pay We Print, LLC and initially he claimed to not know who i was . Then i told him i had him on video footage at my salon the day before and that he wrote an order for my window decals and pylon sign. I explained that he ran my card for $5000 when the bill was supposed to be $500. Baily is a smooth talker. He rambled on and on about how he is an honest russian migrant that came to the united states trying to live the american dream by starting this print business and that he would never do something like this intentionally. then Baily Brandon Armagost proceeds to tell me he was in the Navy and that he is a good guy. 100% red flag. a good guy does not need to proclaim he is a good guy. He tells me to give it 3-5 business days and i should see a refund for the $5000 and then he will charge the correct amount of $500. I waited over ten days. I start to call the phone number listed on his website, youpayweprintllc.com..... it is the wrong number. i called his cell phone . he blocked me. i sent numerous emails. then i started to research Baily Brandon Armagost and found that he has several complaints from other local businesses here in Reno Sparks Nevada where he took money from those people and never completed the service for them either. As i dug a little deeper, i found more information from a website that this scammer was in Las Vegas and is now under investigation for scamming a las vegas business owner out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I want my money back. i filed a police report. i learned he works at the peppermill as a security guard and only started this print shop you pay we print llc to lie about his income and dupe banks out of giving him thousands of dollars in loans under false pretense. i am learning so much about this scammer. he stole my money. he has not returned or refund me. he has not done the work he promoted to do.

he also is being investigated in las vegas for scamming someone else. he also screwed over a car lot here in reno where he didnt do the work they paid for either. Baily Brandon Armagost is a scam artist. Do not give him your money
