I was trying to find out more about how to scan using my Epson printer and found this site -- which at the bottom I've now seen says that it is not connected to any of the printer companies. When the chat box came up, Adam asked for my phone number in case we were disconnected -- which I was dumb enough to give him -- and then asked me to allow him access to my computer so he could hook up my scanner. I told him that made me uncomfortable and asked if he could call me instead to walk me through it. After trying to convince me I could always just stop sharing if still uncomfortable, he disappeared from the conversation.
