I ordered photo books and it's far after the deadline of when the books should have arrived. The tracking number for the package says that the USPS still has not received the package after 6 days of the 'label being created'. I have called and emailed 7 times and have still not been given any information on when my package will be arriving. All they say it "it will come I promise you", I ask for proof and they refuse to give any evidence it's been sent.
