I have placed an order on September 04. 2024, for 500 custom mailer boxes with printingsolo.com for $1974. We processed the payment immediately, as we were in rush to receive this order, the vendor was very responsive via email, text and chat on their website, stated that they guarantee us delivery of the goods within 3 weeks, production to be completed within 12-14 days. After 2 weeks, he kept promising that it will be delivered on time. Finally after 20 days after the payment, he sent us DHL tracking number. This tracking number till today only shows that label was created. We have called DHL several times who told us that they never received the goods, that there was only online label created. I had communicated with vendor on daily bases, asking for the update and asking for a proof that this order was shipped, since he insisted that it was shipped. He was not able to provide me a proof that the order was made or shipped. One time he send me a wage photo of about 20 unfloded boxes, saying that proofs they are made. It was not 500 boxes and we have no idea if they were even ours and or made for us. Till today, he was not able to provide us proof of order completed or shipped. Till today, DHL tracking nubmer says the shipment was never received by DHL. Till today, we did NOT receive anything. I have requested a money refund from him yesterday, so I can place the order elsewhere. We were supposed to launch a sale of new product on October 1st. which did not happened since we never received packaging needed for this product. That cost us loss of sale already. After I requested the refund, he stopped communicating with me, he stopped responding to emails, to text and disconnected chat (at least for me) on his website. I later found some reviews on trust pilot and other places, where people shared almost identical stories. This business is a scam and needs to be stopped!
