When I requested a refund, they sent me on a wild goose chase, providing pictures, explanations, etc. When all was said and done they told me in order to receive a full refund, I would need to send the product to their facility in China at my expense which would cost me the same amount as the shirt... OR... I can keep the shirt and receive 50% of what I paid as a refund. In my estimation, they received $40 for a shirt that cost them $2 in their sweat shop in China. Even if they refund me $20, they still profit $18. This was probably their plan all along. They bet on either nobody following up, or placating people like me and still profiting. Clearly a scam.
