did the same thing to me ,quoted a price when they arrived for the move they doubled the price, iI told them to leave and they refused to give my deposit back. COMPLETE SCAMMERS DO NOT DO NOT EVER USE THEM ! they should be in JAIL

Use for moving from Boston to South Carolina, was told my estimated cubic feet went from 300 to 428 was charged an initial deposit among other deposit of $573.26. Was informed if it was less 428 cubic feet I would get my deposit back. I have not, I have tried to call and call and call your put on hold someone amswers tells you to hold then they hang up on you. Also the moving company they're associated with Moving Solutions had damaged my stuff and I am missing some things and again the same scenario call call call your put on hold and can only leave a message. This is just not right the most frustrating thing I've ever gone through. I have read online of countless people all over the country that have gone through the same thing. I don't know what to do!

I contracted Priority Home Relocation as a subcontractor of Colonial Moves/Movers, when I was trying to move from Texas to Colorado. (The site looked professional and had excellent reviews, though I now believe these were fake.) I was given a quote as well as several discounts if I booked same-day. This sounded like a great deal (I'd already talked to 3 other companies and these guys were coming in several hundred dollars less-- a good savings but not so much cheaper as to alarm me), so I booked them and paid $937.56 as deposit-- a third of my move costs-- but ended up needing to cancel. I submitted my cancellation 8 days prior to my scheduled move (well within the refund guidelines as described to me when I signed up), and was told by my original "specialist" Savanna H. that she'd seen refunds issued as quickly as 3 days from submission. Then I was transferred to an accounting specialist, who corrected that to 5-7 days (ok, fine). I called 5 days later to confirm details and was corrected to "5-7 BUSINESS days" for the refund. On the 7th business day I called again, and was told 10 business days. 10th business day-- I called-- was told, "oh your refund is in the batch we're submitting Friday, so you should have the refund by Monday." Fast Forward to Monday-- we were at 17 days at this point-- and still no refund. Even worse, the agent I spoke to ("Tammy") talked over me when I was trying to give her my information, THEN put me on hold while I was mid-sentence trying to ask a question. As of 3/22 I was told that the refund was "still being processed". I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that the Accounting Supervisor "Susan" was unavailable but could call me within 72 hrs to discuss, and "Tammy"'s supervisor "Amanda" would also call within 72 hours. On 3/23 I spoke to another person in Accounting (another "Tammy," go figure) who said that she was cancelling and reissuing the refund, and that since I'd used a debit card, it should hit either that day or the next. On 3/25 I called again, got the original "Tammy," and she said that my original refund request was started 3/5 but hadn't been fully processed (directly opposing what she told me 3/22) until 2nd "Tammy" pushed it through on 3/23. When I asked her which information she gave me was true, since I'd spoken to her before, she said I shouldn't call names and that I'd just have to wait for my money like everyone else. (In my defense, I said that their company was incompetent but did NOT call her a name of any kind). Today 3/30 I called, they pulled me up in the system, placed me on hold AGAIN without allowing me to speak, left me on hold for 10 minutes, then when I hung up and called back they began transferring me to voicemail rather than let me speak to anyone. The only person who eventually talked to me claimed that I was only due a $600 refund, and when I said that I had a receipt from 3/23 stating the 937.56, she said, well I can't see all of the information, and that I'd need to speak to Accounting, but that since they speak to "thousands of people a day," it could take awhile to get a call back. I've now posted as many bad reviews as I can and have filed a complaint with the BBB. Who knows if I'll ever get my money back but I'm hoping to track down some other folks who have had similar experiences so that we can look into filing a multi-claim lawsuit. This company is clearly running scams and committing fraudulent acts against people. My best advice is stay away from them.
