J.L. Webb DME LLC DBA Priority One Medical billed Medicare over $40, 000 for DME using my Medicare info. I did not order or receive these

supplies and have no idea where they got my info. These were diabetic and urinary catheter supplies billed from October 2023 through May 2024. I am not diabetic nor do I use urinary catheters. I have reported to Medicare and Inspector General's office. The company does not answer their phone or return calls. All calls go to voicemail.
