I ordered a package from this company in November of 2019 and as of March 2020 I still have not received it. On their website it States if you have not received your package within 10 days of a being shipped you can file a claim. No matter how many times I emailed this company or called this company I either got a generated email that was the same no matter what I said in the E mail or they never picked up the phone or returned my calls. I was completely scammed out of my money and so were many other people too.

I used my debit card to make a purchase for wireless ear pods. I received a confirmation email, a tracking number, but UPS never received an item. The phone number is just an answering service and no one returns your emails.

11/24/2019 placed order and hand funds come out of account.

12/21/2019 received confirmation of shipping label being created, have emailed and requested updates. I received one response stating that they were experiencing shipping delays due to the holidays. When I track my shipment it still shows label created, no tracking information available. They have quit responding to emails and phone calls.
