Pristine Dating did not get me but she tried. I have a little information that may help any of you who lost money thru this scam. If you go to the website pristinedating.com (just do a google search) and scroll all the way to the bottom there is an address listed for Nico Limit Ad Corp. I believe that is the name of the business that is being used to run Pristine Dating. Listed as owner of that company is a woman by the name Nicole M Ramirez and the address is an apartment building. Meaning she most like runs the scam out of her home, or rents an apartment to list as the address.
Now I could be wrong and the address could be fake too. But I did notice the same information on both the pristine dating site and the link to enter the sweepstakes for the iPhone. Both are registered to the same address under Nico Limit.
I will try to find contact information for Ms. Ramirez and will gladly post it here and everywhere. And I will continue my sleuthing on these spam and scam messages because I can take it no more.
Also as a side note, the fine print on the sweepstakes entry form did say $1 for a trial membership that would be billed at $44.95 a month until canceled. So even if she can be contacted directly there may be no way to actually recoup any losses. Florida also has strange laws, so something like this may not be illegal there. I have screen shots if anyone is curious as I reported the text and site so the FTC. I find the methods disgusting and honestly hope this woman chokes on her dinner.
