Kitchen cupboard spray and renovations

Michael Phipps will give you a great sell but he doesn’t know how to renovate or do anything correctly. If he does do any work, mostly he takes your deposit and disappears, you’ll then need to pay a real contractor to fix all the damage he does. He has a list of excuses which he uses over and over to avoid doing work, he is a scammer and has been for many years. He is 45 , arms tattooed, works with his father in law, vehicle is a black pickup, or black Hummer, or white Mercedes. This guy is known to Waterloo, Kitchener, Clinton, London police. He lives on Spence Cres., Mitchell Ontario.

This company is not a scam. This company has been running for many years with very minimal complaints and many referrals and happy customers. They do great work despite what this customer has to say. They do have policies and procedures that are to be followed in order to have proper adhesion of products and proper finish. This does include making sure the kitchen is cleaned (dirt, dust, grease) prior to the arrival of the company. If these measures and not followed then it does void all warranty and will reflect on the finished product. Policies and procedures and put in place to ensure a good quality and lasting product and if the customer decides to neglect them then that is them waving any right to their warranty and jeopardizing their finished product.

This policy is just a scam so when they do a crappy job they can blame the client for not prepping properly. In what world does a company who professionally spray paints cupboards expect the client to do all the prep work then base their 'guarantee' on the client's work? Just smoke and mirrors to cover their lies! When they screwed up my kitchen this policy was not in place and he just sprayed over any dust, grease or dirt after PROMISING me he did all the prep work (I asked do I need to clean etc and he said oh no we do all of that!) Then trashed my kitchen too my money and never came back. That was 2019/2020 and here he is still at it.

Lies. Complaints are everywhere. Why is the pristinedesign.ca website not allow any reviews? Ah, because the comments ability is turned off and your wife Lisa Kraal has added fake testimonials and fake pictures and spectacular promises which suck people in, people who earn their money honestly. Your warranty is complete BS. You’re so full of it, despite claiming near death issues, you still take money !

Michael/Lisa, your computer time is better spent (then trying to explains away years of. Customer complaints, back to 2015! no wonder you move around so much!) viewing a few utube videos to learn how to properly prepare the cupboard surface before spraying, by first sanding, to remove grease and imperfections, then wiping down the dust, then priming, then sanding again etc... but you don’t care one bit, your goal is to take take take, as much $$$ deposits as possible from nice people. Go and get a real job.

Type of a scam Home Improvement

The owners name is Michael Phipps.

He does a terrible job despite promising’a million dollar kitchen’. He sprayed over dust and grease. The finish felt rough. I had to sand and clean everything after he’d finished and then paint it again myself.

He never worked more than a few hours and always smelled of stale booze.

He refused to refund any of the money $9000 although the paint was chipping within a week.

Do not use this company.
