Pristine Puppies 'sold' a puppy requiring $500 deposit. They required to send the deposit through Zelle, which I did. After sending the money, the puppy I thought I was buying continued to be listed as 'available'. When I asked about it they told me that it was a mistake by one of the staff and will take it off their website (pristine-puppies.com or shoppuppy.com). I wrote to them numerous times since sending the money but they did not respond to my emails. So,I "reserved" the same puppy(named Cookie on their website) I paid for using a different name and they wrote back right away saying the puppy was available for sale. their website says puppies are usually shipped to the buyer within 48 hrs but told me that they will let me know in the next 21 days when the puppy is ready to be shipped. They told me that the puppy I thought I bought is 9 wks old, but the second time when reserving the puppy using a different name (when I didn't hear back from them after numerous attempt to communicate with them) they said the same puppy was 8 weeks old. Please let me know if there's anything else you require to investigate this case and I would be happy to supply them. I do have all email correspondence with them. Thank you!
