I contacted the owner and founder of Pristinedetailzz off of FB marketplace. His business motto is to, " take pride into making you proud of your vehicle, proud to step inside, and proud to drive it. " He is not practicing his own business motto and is nothing more than a fraud and con artist. I spoke with him on the phone and told him exactly what I needed, a detail and deep cleaning because kids had been in it. He qouted me from $50 to $70. I thought maybe he was running a special. He told me to take my vehicle to an address in Nampa and then changed his mind and gave me the address that I provided. When I arrived, he told me that my vehicle wasn't that bad, and that he could have it looking brand new. He had a shop vacuum and a small bucket full of odds and ends. I told him that I had to be to an appt in a little over an hour and he told me he could get it done. So, I walked to a park to sit. It was getting close to my appt time and all he had done was dry vacuumed. Nothing else was done. I had to leave and told him I wanted to come back to receive the services that I was told I would receive. He insisted that he goes to the business that I had my appt at and that he would use their outlet. I was hesitant but in a hurry and he was being demanding about it as though the business needs to suplly him with power. I went to my appointment so I couldn't see what he was doing. I finished the appt and he demanded more money. I only brought $100 cash so I gave that to him. He left and after further investigation of my vehicle I was appalled. He didn't even wipe down the back leather seats, he didn't wipe down the cupholders, he didn't wipe the jockey box. The carpets had big stains, there were crumbs all over, pet hair, and there was still dirt and dust in the vehicle. I even found a kid's toy he didn't notice. I cleaned up after him using two bottles of my own wipes and disinfectant spray. The wipes were filthy and he accused me of cleaning the ground with them as though I have time to clean the ground. He then said it was my fault that the business he went to didn't have a hose that he told me they would t have a hose to clean the carpets like I was told he'd do. I wasn't even thinking about that because I was in a hurry to get to my appt and he never told me that ever once or I would have refused to even let him go there and bring my car back to the house that I had it at initially that should have had water and a hose for him to utilize . You would expect for a deep cleaning for water to be used. He literally blamed this all on me with lies and deceit. He is nothing but a con artist and fraud that took advantage of me. I could have taken my vehicle to a car wash SNF used their vacuums for a lot cheaper. When I confronted him on all of this he had the audacity to say that he , " knows people like me. " You mean people that expect to get the services that they were told they would get SNF then charged more than the quote to not even receive them. This is horrible business practices. This is not proper business ethics or morals. I want my money back because not only did he not do what I was told he would do, he blamed it all on me, and was very disrespectful about it all. He does not uphold his business motto in the slightest. He made me feel horrible and my vehicle was left feeling dirty. He fully took advantage of me. He should not be allowed to do this to anyone else, ever. It's the principal. He is not a professional business owner. I have to go to a professional detailer now.
