I submitted my CV and was told that I needed to resubmit an "ATS-friendly" version -- I reformatted my CV using a free site and resent it to the recruiter and then I was told that it still would not work and I could only meet the necessary requirements by using their recommended site https://ats-friendlyresume.com/ and cost $17 and would take 6 hours to complete.
