Both times she left a five hour window that I was to make myself available to receive this service. Both times she stated that if I would not be at home (first time) or wished to avoid the service (second time) that I should call the afore mentioned phone number. I did not call but felt that this type of message would make most people think that a local sheriff's department or private process server had legal documents for service so that is the reason for this report.
