I applied for numerous Graphic Designer jobs recently, but couldn't remember applying to this company specifically. I received an email from a supposed recruiter stating I had been selected for a Screening/Interview and to email [email protected] to set up time. After emailing and setting up time, the person emailed me a word doc with "interview" questions to fill out and the job description. In job description it stated I'd receive a check to purchase office supplies (desk, laptop, printer, etc) to set up home office prior to starting. I thought it was odd, but proceeded. I sent the completed Screening/Interview form back. About 2 minutes later, I received a congratulatory email I had been offered the position - $45/hr after 5 days of training at $20/hr. Full benefits. All the red flags, I'm a decent Graphic Designer but not at a $93k/yr level.

The next day I received an "official" offer letter with details on the list of office supplies I was to purchase with their direct deposit. (See attached PDF)
