I opened an email I thought came from Lowe's & it informed me that I won a Lowe's Tool Box valued at about $180 & I only had to pay $8.95 for

shipping. I did pay with credit card. Then the system said something (I cannot remember what) that made me suspicious.

I immediately wrote back that I want a refund as it seems I just was a victim of a SCAM.

I had multiple answers from them - the last one ==>
