Be Aware! The owner, Tim Pennington hangs around at the local hardware and lumber yards prying on people looking for assistance. He will tell you he is a licensed, insured contractor but he is not. Will take deposit, write you a receipt and you will never get the work completed.

He goes by three different names, Tim Pennington, Pro-Builders Ltd and Craftsman Construction.

The area he lurks around are Mt Airy, Elkin, Dobson and Jonesville, NC.
