I received an overdraft message from my bank and checked my acct and there was two withdrawals. One for $5.95 and the other for $79.95. I filed a complaint and the bank called and we got no answer.

Identical situation. Charged $5.95 on 9/15 and $79.95 on 9/19. On hold for an hour then diconnected. Did you ever find out what this was?
