Scam Artists! Stay Away!!
I wrote them several emails before receiving a very curt response that claimed they'd sent it (clearly didn't). I asked for a replacement, they said they'd send one. Again, nothing. Over 3 months of this...
I asked for tracking information repeatedly and they simply ignored me. Finally, I asked for a refund after receiving nothing. No response. I went through Paypal and got my money back through them and SUDDENLY I get several emails (we're sorry, how can we fix this, etc.), to which I replied no thanks, you had over 3 months, you blew it, I'm done...
They wouldn't let up and had the nerve to send a picture of an awful looking name plate that they would send "upon repayment". I laughed and told them to stop emailing me. In an unfathomable display of professionalism (note my sarcasm) they wrote back "Ok Little Baby!". This is not a real company.
They would've happily ignored me forever until I managed to get the money back that they scammed from me, and I have little doubt if I'd fallen for their pathetic attempt to "make it right", I'd be out of my money yet again with nothing to show for it. Stay away!
