We thought finally he would arrive and get out money back. They send another email saying $5,000 for covid insurance and they said at puppies arrival we were getting refunded about $10,000 dollars. They said we had to make payment within 2 hrs and 30 mins so puppy would be delivered at our door step. They had stopped in Missouri so the lady said although flight said stop would be in Minneapolis. We got suspicious and research but we were being rushed to pay. We paid and they said puppy missed flight and they would put him on next available one heading for next day. Another email comes in about being in Minnesota and pet control needed 10,100 refundable fee for a city permit. We couldn’t afford so we asked them to give us a loan and they said we had to pay part so we only payed. Then since they had for 5 days we had to pay 500 for feeding and accommodations. We payed with Zelle Info we got which was scote with email to [email protected] then they were upset I sent without making sure it was right one to send and because that Zelle was hacked. Had to pay again with new Zelle to Robert Weston email to [email protected] and they confirmed they got it. Next and New fee for $500 for H1N1 or swine flu vaccine. And we sent. Then it moved to card transaction and texting they personally texted bank owner Ramon Sanchez to do transaction verifications. New fees came in and “final fee” was suppose to be January 29 2021. 10,500 they said but they have a discount and said we only had to pay 4,200 we thought we were close to finishing up this nightmare so we sent it. They said they did math wrong and we had to send 2,500 more and we sent and they said it was final. They said math was wrong and 1,000 more were needed to complete the 10,500 because discount was only suppose to be 3,800. We paid. We were started to get frustrated when they asked 2,500 for a fee for feeding and accommodations. There was a payment pending in Zelle and we kindly asked to check it out and they would have their money. Because that payment said Robert Weston needs to enroll to get payment if he doesn’t enroll you get money back by the 17 of February. They said they couldn’t do anything about it which was weird because we already had sent money with that email as well. Then it says payment was sent but when asked they denied it. They said if we don’t pay puppy would be put in 60 day quarantine and payment was 500 per day for next 60 days. Date is now to be February 11. We were fed up and googled as much as we can and a website that talked about frauds explained everything they do and everything they said was what was happening to us. website was https://www.ipata.org/pet-scams We decided to stop talking and take action. We did an investigation request to this website with all info we have https://petscams.com/report-pet-scam-websites/ they said they would get back to us in 1 week. We were advice to make a fraud report. Here we are asking them for names of company, their full names, address of company and any other info we can get and they said “you ask same questions all the time. Let us know when you make payment and have a good day.” their last response. No matter how many times we asked for information they ignored it. we didnt want problems so we told them to give us our money back and stop talking to us or we would talk to the military and file reports. All they said is if we don't pay dog was going to be in quarantine for 60 day. They didn't want to stop so we are reporting.
