I ordered 3 bottles of Pro Health for the cost of 120.00 dollars, I noticed my account was charged 239.94 for 6 bottles which I did not order. I called them and received the information to return the product to get my money back, letting them know that I did not realize I was going to be charged for 6 bottles. I reciceived a return code and I mailed the product back at my expense of 15.60 on 3/10/2026. I called today to ask when I was going to be refunded and was told that they received the product at their warehouse on 3/14/2026. They are trying to charge me 60.00 dollars to put them back on the shelf (10.00 dollars per bottle) and say they will refund me only 179.94 dollars. I was never made aware of that. They received the product on 3/14/2026, I have no clue why I was not refunded at all for 10 days afer they received it.
