I originally bought a cbd bottle of capsules and oil on line from an advisement on TV. I was billed on February 16 and did not know it was a subscription. I got another bill on 3/18 for $94.85 and $94.91 and received the product today. I called to get an RMA and send it back and they absolutely would not.

When I signed up for the free sample the ad said it was through Joel Osteen, Minister and said other ministers said how great it was. I called the church of Joel Osteen and he said that they don't sell anything like that. So it was a lie and a scam. I want my money back and will send back the product, customer service did not budge.

I buy my CBD at the health food store and between both of them, they are worth $60. How do they get such a huge price for them?

You can't start the trial until you get the product to sample it. They are not doing that.

So actually they have taken almost $400 worth of my money and only have 1 bottle of cbd oil and 1 bottle of cbd capsules. They refuse to let me return the products even thought I cancelled my subscription 2 days before that.

I was reading a reputable news source online. One of the many ads had what now appears to be a fake testimonial from a well know news person. It was interesting, and offered a free sample for shipping cost. I decided to give it a try. The dialogue took me thru another "special offer" sample, that I tried to cancel out of, but apparently it captured my debit card from the prior free sample order. My debit card was charged on 1/17/21 for the 1st, and 1/19/21 for the 2nd, and a week later I received the free/special-priced samples. At the time, I decided to let it go, as the amount was fairly small ($15.75). Then today, 2/2/21, the fraud detection service from my bank called, questioning a $94.91 charge from a company in Colorado - - RD Wellness. Their phone turned out to be the same as the one captured by my bank for the 1st small billing, and now this suspected fraudulent charge. I called the number to complain about the unauthorized charge today, 2/2/21, and they claimed to be just a 3rd party billing service. I didn't want to give them any more info, as they already had my debit card and were fraudulently billing me for what looked like a "new monthly bogus charge". At this point, I started more searching, and found the 1st small billing listed ProBlastXL on the packing slip. And then I found this ScamPulse.com page with many others stating the exact same fraudulent billing, with the exception that it appears to have gone up $5 from $89.91 in Dec. 2020, to $94.91 in Feb. 2021.
