A purchase made on website with money back guaranteed it was delivered after the date stated in a box without an invoice and return address. When I tried to contact the merchant no answer in the meantime tre months passed and the bank couldn’t help in recovery my money, they claimed to have contacted me which is fouls . It’s a way to fraud people specially the elderly that can’t be effective on line purchase. They lied about return policy and that they contacted me through email. Do something about their false advertising and elderly scam.
