I am filing a complaint against REALTOR UPLIFT due to their misleading refund policy. After joining their services, I was promised a full refund if I did not see result within a specified timeframe. However, when I requested a refund after not receiving leads for months at a time, I was informed a significant portion would be deducted for marketing expenses, which is not mentioned in the contract I signed. Despite my requests for this refund, weeks have gone by without any response to my inquiries, and I have yet to receive any refund. Their lack of communication and failure to fulfill their promise is unacceptable and appears to be a pattern of deceptive business practices. I have numerous emails where they ask me to give them additional time which I never agreed to and no services where ever provided.
