Requested a specific medication with prior authorization for insurance coverage before being charged. I was charged $454 for a medication I did not order. I immediately requested cancellation and initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I have not resolved this with Zealthy despite multiple contact attempts since March (ongoing for 4 months). The evidence for the charge they provided shows a delivery to another person, not even my address or my medication.

They have commercials online about their store I purchased a electric razar I gave them almost 2 months or by now ive lost track of how long it has been they finally refunded most of the money but lied an said it was already mailed to me they still owe me around $4 not 45 but the point is they should not treat customers this way

They advertise products in Instagram that look WAY BETTER than the actual product the site also states the items come from the US. When you try to get to return the product for a refund they start pushing back offering pennies in exchange to keeping the terrible garment. They increment the refund by little dollars and start threatening with having to send the item to China and how expensive that will be for you to take the little refund they’ve offered and keep the garment you don't want to begin with.

Canceled order within eight hours, Scammer said “shipped already” in an email with no shipping info asking why I would want to cancel that my money(s) were safe.

I ordered a dress for a wedding last November. The picture online was gorgeous and I was very excited to try it on. The shipping time wasn't terribly long but once it arrived, wow, it was the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. Then I tried it on and there where openings in places there should not be openings. So I reached out to the company and they offered me a full store credit with a discount code. I replied and accepted along with praises on great customer service. Dec 2023 I placed my replacement order which was a jumpsuit for myself that I can knock around in all day while I paint (I'm an artist), given the quality of the previous order I figured it was probably my best bet to just order something I don't mind getting paint on. I have been waiting three months for it's arrival. I have reached out to them no less than 6 times with absolutely no response back. Reading other customer reviews online has led me to believe that this kind of scamming behavior is normal for this company and they should absolutely be stopped.
