Type of a scam Online Purchase
So I emailed them on 5/08/19 advising I wanted to return the bras....no response....emailed again on 5/26/19....no response. I was beginning to panic thinking that 30 days would be up & I would not be able to return them.
I returned the bras in the original package along with copies of the confirmation of my order on 5/13/19 to the "Return Address" on the package:

I waited for an email or something & nothing.
I contacted Paypal & registered a complaint on 7/05/19 & 2x but it was denied because I did go through them on the return....I did not know this.
They always say work it out with the Seller first....& I did not realize they handled returns outside of Ebay.
I then filed a complaint through the ScamPulse.com who informed me that it was a warehouse & that I should contact you.
Before I did this I sent another email to [email protected] who said they would check into this.
Their response was that I had returned the package to the wrong address which I quickly replied 1. they never responded to my original emails for instructions for the return & 2. I used the address they used as their return address.
We keep going back & forth since 7/07/19 through today 7/18/2019 (I usually receive their replies at night) they keep saying they will refund when they receive the item back, (still not supplying an address where to return) or to check my local PO maybe they made a mistake, or that I sent it to a wrong address.
This is all they keep telling me & I keep repeating myself that I did return them, have the address & the tracking # again & again.
I have all the emails to & from. sine 7/7/19 & the denials from Paypal
I have yet to receive a refund
