Someone keeps calling from the Proceedings office at 855-676-7721 and 561-257-3595 stating that I borrowed money from Check N Go in 2017and I am being sued since I never paid it back. I never borrowed money from any check N go. They accused me of getting money in my account they had all my information. They called some of my relatives stating I am being sued for money I never paid back they gave a case number and when you call the establishment they argued that I borrowed money and refused to pay it back and they are taking me to court. I called check N go and they do not have information about me ever borrowing money. I called the bank and they have no record of me ever receiving a deposit for the amount they are claiming I borrowed. This worries me how people can get your information freely and not traceback information. You are not protected from anything thieves find all kinds of ways to get information.
