I found a vehicle online and contacted the seller (David Watson) He directed me to a consignment company(ProCenter Depot S Inc) that was selling the vehicle for him. I contacted the consignment company(ProCenter Depot S Inc - dba Prime Sales Group-Garry Silvano Sales Manager) and they initiated the transaction. I received an email outlining the transaction, the delivery of the vehicle, and received confirmations. The funds were wired into ProCenter Depot S Inc's bank account and was supposed to stay there until I received the vehicle. The vehicle did not arrive, and when I tried to contact ProCenter Depot S Inc, they had shut down their website(https;//prime sales group), their phone was disconnected, and the emails I sent came back as undeliverable. I tried to contact the seller and got no response.
