I keep getting calls from a guy at this number who was also calling and harassing my family members phones stating that he had courier documents that needed t-o be served to me. Even after calling me he still proceeded to call my family members numbers "looking for me". States I need to call this number 877-385-0293- and give a file number, If I didn't call the number by EOD they would deem it verified and serve me legal documents at my home or job. He kept calling for a few weeks then it stopped. on 9/1/23 Emily Rivers called and stated from a private number that they wanted to make sure my info was correct, I asked who it was that was trying to serve these documents "Cornell & Associates" I have no clue who this is. The lady stated that she would put a hold on delivery, but I needed to call the issuing firm 888-656-0751 and reference the case number. I then received a voicemail the next day stating I needed to call the number because failure to contact the issuing firm would result in further legal proceedings to take place without my knowledge and that I have been notified. The file numbers given are not the same and both callers have 2 different last names for me.
