Caller "Danny Rodriguez" claiming to be from the Process Server of Clark County (calling from 775-383-4923 and 775-383-4924) called my phone multiple times on Feb 19, 2024, asking about my step-daughter. He claimed they were going to perform process services at my home address (my step-daughter does not live there.) He claimed that my step-daughter needed to call 877-469-0078 to resolve the issue. I got three more calls today, Feb 27, 2024, from "Alex Martinez" also claiming to be from Process Server of Clark County (calling from 775-248-2748. 725-600-6244 and 702-553-0479), with the same claims. I've asked them to stop calling but they do not and they indicate that it's MY responsibility to get this information to my step-daughter. These men are very aggressive, rude and threatening about "serving" us with court papers.

My mom just called me saying she received a call from someone who didn’t identify themselves, wouldn’t give much information but said all the things you stated you were told in your call. I immediately googled the association the person claimed to be with and there is NOTHING on them whatsoever. So then I googled the phone number and came across this site with your post. Has anything transpired with you or your stepdaughter? Is this some type of scam? It’s very fishy to me
