Process Server/Tellman Law Firm Reports & Reviews (1)

- Las Vegas, NV, USA • Nov 06, 2023

Without receiving any letter in writing from a credit card company -

Process Server calls you up to ask about a good time to serve a lawsuit.

Process Server gives claim number, your last four of social security number, and a telephone number of attorneys to contact.

Claim money is owed on a Bank Credit Card from Big Bank 1. If you don't have that card, then they say it is for Big Bank 2.

Calling the law firm (Tellman Law), they give amount to settle today that is only 65% of debt owed.

Of course, you should not agree to settle because they are trying to scam you. Don't pay anything.
