They called and left voicemails on my two different phones, indicating they were trying to serve me a summons and they needed an adult to be present to sign etc. It did sound somewhat legitimate, but I have absolutely zero reason for anyone to be suing me and I dont think this is how it would be done if so.

I have someone with the same Indian accent call me a couple weeks prior and I answered the phone, and they would not give me ANY information i cluding the company name without me verifying some persobally identiying information which of course I refused to give and eventually hung up.

I want to see these people prosecuted and will do absolutely everything I can to assist to save someone else from being a victim.
